Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your purchase meets the return eligibility requirements.
