Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. The Creation Bureau is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes and Cancellations
